Processing and delivery times
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 48 hours. Same-day processing or dispatch cannot be guaranteed. We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Standard shipping in Switzerland: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
Express shipping in Switzerland: Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. are processed and dispatched the same day where possible. Delivery is generally on the next business day, including Saturdays.
International standard shipping: Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days and may vary by carrier and destination.
